“Freaky Friday” meets “Strays”
Strangers Ben Wilson (Paul Rudd) and Lucy Baker (Kristen Bell) find their lives suddenly intertwined and literally turned inside out when their dogs, Baxter and Daisy, who are in love, make a wish on a wishbone at their daycare to switch places with them. Ben and Lucy wake up the next day to discover that they have somehow switched bodies with their dogs. Unable to switch back and with work deadlines pending, Baxter and Daisy are forced to masquerade as Ben and Lucy until a solution can be found. In the process, Ben and Lucy not only develop a new sense of respect and understanding for their smitten dogs but end up also becoming smitten with each other.

To Amy’s surprise, her tranquil stay is quickly disrupted when she discovers Katie’s “noisy” neighbor, Ben Hamilton, has returned after fifteen years to renovate and sell his place. Amy strikes up a “no-noise” deal with Ben and paints away but is unsuccessful. With even more distractions, Katie coming to stay and running into her ex-boyfriend, Kyle Wilson, Amy sees her deadline fast approaching. As Ben steps in to offer Amy a shoulder to cry on and some much-needed inspiration to get her back on track, they grow closer and the sparks fly.
